Service was excellent. Have had many plumbers in the past. They were quick, friendly. They got back to me with estimates fairly quick. Prices were reasonable, and I did not feel overcharged. Quality of the work was excellent. Plumbers gave multiple options and advice. Will definitely be using their services in the next few weeks as well. Highly recommend them.

They came recommended from another company so I called Pro Star for an initial consult. They arrived as discussed, came into my home, did the consult and seemed professional enough. After they left I could not get them on the phone or to return a text (after the first one). That was 2 months ago. I recently reached out again, but they've still left me hanging. The consult was for a toilet replacement and kitchen faucet replacement. Not sure this company is worth the effort

Prostar saved us thousands of dollars when our entire house had to be replumbed due to faulty Kitech connectors (which they had not installed). Their work was excellent and they are wonderful people to work with. Since then we have had them do many plumbing projects. They believe in service after the job. Just last month, I texted them on a Sunday for some advice as I was replacing filters in the RO system they had originally installed. They were helpful as always. Jorge and Oscar are the best!

This is the third time I use ProStar Plumbing (on a variety of jobs) - I had tried several others before and was always disappointed - This is not the case with ProStar: they are very professional and the job is always well done. The response time is excellent, the serviceman is knowledgeable and very personable, the pricing is very fair! Thanks Oscar, Thanks Germain (sorry about the spelling!). Highly recommended!

I had leaking faucets in bathrooms and my bath tubs. George is amazing! He is fast and efficient. Great customer service. Will definitely recommend anyone who needs service or replacing!
